Only the owner. Fields you leave out stay unchanged. A price above 0 requires the seller terms (POST /v1/wallet/seller-terms) and an active GAMPEONS mode.

Access tokens: scope marketplace:write, without price.

Rate limit: 120 edits per hour per account.
