Create an account
You need a GAMPEON account to create projects, publish to the marketplace, register servers and connect an AI assistant with write access. Reading these docs and searching the marketplace works without one.
Sign up
Section titled “Sign up”- Open gampeon.com and choose Sign up.
- Enter your email, a display name, a password, your month and year of birth and, if you like, a handle.
- Accept the Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines. The Privacy Policy explains what happens with your data.
- Open the link in the confirmation email. You can log in once your email is verified.
GAMPEON is for people aged 13 and older. Under 16, stricter privacy defaults apply. If you are under 18, read the short version for teens.
If you build your own sign-up flow on the API, send acceptTerms with the version from GET /v1/legal/terms, and only after the person has agreed. Accounts that have not accepted the version in force see a notice in the portal (terms.current is false in GET /v1/me).
Your handle is your public name in URLs, for example gampeon.com/u/your_handle. It has 3 to 24 characters: lowercase letters, digits and underscores. If you leave it empty, GAMPEON derives one from your display name. You can change it later.
Profile
Section titled “Profile”Your profile shows your display name, bio, the projects and studios you work on, your marketplace items and your achievements. You can change display name, bio and handle in the settings.
Sessions
Section titled “Sessions”Logging in creates a session that lasts 30 days. Logging out ends it on this device. If you forget your password, use Forgot password on the login page: the reset link in the email is valid for a short time only.
Your account and AI assistants
Section titled “Your account and AI assistants”Never give your password to an AI assistant or paste it into a chat. To let an assistant work for you, create an access token with only the permissions it needs. See Connect your AI assistant and Working safely with AI.
