Report a problem

Thank you for helping us find problems. Each kind of report has its own place, so it reaches the right people fast.

What	Where
A security problem (a way to see other people’s data, take over an account, bypass a limit)	Email security@gampeon.com. Never post it in public. See Security reports.
Illegal content or content that infringes your rights	In the portal, open Create → Report content. See Reports and appeals.
A bug in the portal, the launcher, the web API or the MCP server	Email hello@gampeon.com or ask in our Discord.
A mistake or gap in these docs	Use Report a problem with this page at the bottom of the page.
An idea or a feature you miss	Post it in the suggestions forum on our Discord. One post per idea.

Check Known issues and limits first. If your problem is listed there, we already know about it.

A good bug report

A report we can act on answers these questions:

1. Where? The page address, or the launcher version and your operating system.
2. What did you do? The steps, in order, so we can do the same.
3. What did you expect?
4. What happened instead? The exact error message, if there was one.
5. When? Date and time with your time zone, so we can find it in our logs.

Screenshots and short videos help a lot.

Never send secrets

Do not put passwords, access tokens (they start with gpat_) or login links in a report, a screenshot or a Discord message. We will never ask you for them. If a token was visible somewhere, revoke it in the portal under Account → Access tokens.

What happens next

When we fix a bug, the fix appears in the changelog and the bug leaves Known issues and limits. We answer every security report, see Security reports.
