Reports and appeals

GAMPEON follows the notice and action rules of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

Anyone can report a marketplace version, also without an account. In the portal, open Create → Report content, or use the API:

POST https://api.gampeon.com/v1/reports
Content-Type: application/json

explanation 20 to 5000 characters: what is wrong and where, as exactly as possible
goodFaith You confirm that your report is accurate and made in good faith

You get a confirmation by email. A report is not public.

A moderator reviews each report and either blocks the version or rejects the report, always with a statement of reasons. The person who reported is told the outcome. If a version is blocked, the creator gets a notification with the reasons. A blocked version is no longer listed or downloadable.

If your version was blocked, you can appeal once per decision from your dashboard (or POST /v1/appeals), within 20 to 5000 characters. A moderator reviews the appeal and upholds or reverses the decision, again with reasons. You are notified of the outcome.

If you still disagree, you can turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (Art. 21 DSA) or go to court.

Copyright and trademark claims are separate procedures. Choose the category that fits. US DMCA counter-notices only apply to copyright claims under US law, never to trademark claims. GAMPEON has not registered a DMCA agent yet. The full procedure, including what a notice should contain, is in the Copyright, Trademark & Notice-and-Action Policy.

Rights holders who want to send a notice by email write to abuse@gampeon.com, the contact for reports, intellectual property and illegal content in the Legal Notice.
