Allowed content
Short version: publish only what you made yourself or are clearly allowed to share, and nothing that harms others.
Allowed
Section titled “Allowed”- Content you created yourself: code, models, textures, sounds, maps.
- Content under a license that allows redistribution, for example CC0 or CC BY (with the credits the license requires in the description).
- Content you bought or commissioned with the right to redistribute it to other creators.
- Code that you ported yourself from your own FiveM resources, without GTA assets.
Not allowed
Section titled “Not allowed”| Content | Why |
|---|---|
| Assets, maps or sounds from GTA V or any other game, including “converted” or “ripped” ones | Copyright of the game’s publisher |
| Brand names, logos and car makes you have no license for | Trademark rights |
| Assets from stores whose license forbids sharing them, for example the Fab Standard License | The license allows use in your own product, not redistribution |
| Other people’s resources, also leaked or “reuploaded” ones | Copyright of the author |
| Malware, backdoors, hidden admin commands, crypto miners, code that collects data without telling | Harms servers and players |
| Code that tries to escape the sandbox or attack the platform | See Security reports instead |
| Illegal content and content that breaks the content policy |
If you are unsure about a license, do not upload. Ask the rights holder first. See Third-party assets.
